Dear JA & Summit families,
As we head into Thanksgiving Break, we want to ensure that every JA and Summit family has the food they need for the week.
If your family could use a little extra support this season, please fill out the short form by this Friday, November 14th, so we can prepare your Thanksgiving Break Bag. (Please note: this is separate from the Holiday Care Package need request.)
Pickup Details:
🦃 Date: Thursday, November 20th
⏰ Time: 3:30–5:00 PM
📍 Location: Mountainview Church (our new building on the JA Elementary campus): 7777 W 99th Place, Westminster
When you arrive to pick up your bag, park in front of the church and stay in your car. Volunteers will bring bags directly to your car for a quick and easy process.
Each Thanksgiving Break Bag will include a variety of food and snacks to help cover meals for the week of break (specific items may vary) — and every family will receive a turkey.
We know many families are feeling an extra pinch this season, and with school meals paused during Thanksgiving Break, our hope is that these food bags will be beneficial to families.
If pickup on this date or during this time is a hardship, please indicate that on the form — Tiffany Flores will contact you directly to coordinate an alternate option.
