Families wanting to enroll their child(ren) at Jefferson Academy Coal Creek Canyon will participate in EnrollJeffco.  We are accepting enrollment in all grade levels.

First Round open enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will begin December 2, 2025 and end on January 9, 2026.  The district will start sending out offers on January 20, 2026. Second Round enrollment begins January 15, 2026. Second round participants will be placed at the bottom of First Round according to the date of the application.
 
We are a PK-12 charter school organization. Pre-K-8th grade are located at the JA CCC campus. We also have additional options for grades 7th & 8th grade at the JA Secondary campus at 11251 Reed Way in Broomfield.

Kindergarten

We currently have one full-day kindergarten class. Children entering Kindergarten must be five years of age by October 1st.

When a family is offered and has accepted a position for Kindergarten, and for students that are new to Jefferson County, they will need to complete the online registration and upload a copy of birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency.
