Home education doesn't have to mean doing everything at home.
Super Monday is Jefferson Academy Coal Creek Canyon’s one-day-a-week enrichment program for homeschool students. Each Monday, students come together on our campus for a full school day of hands-on learning, enrichment, exploration, and community.
Our Super Monday students learn alongside our fully enrolled Jefferson Academy students, giving home-based learners the opportunity to experience the best of both worlds: the flexibility of home education and the community, classes, and resources of a school campus.
Super Monday runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
HOW SUPER MONDAY WORKS
1. Enroll in a home-based enrichment program
Super Monday is designed for students participating in a homeschool or home-based education program. Families complete the applicable enrollment requirements, including a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Homeschool through EnrollJeffco.
2. Choose your classes
Students select from available Super Monday classes based on their grade level and the year's offerings.
Classes may include:

Classes vary each year based on enrollment, staffing, and student interest.
3. Come to school on Mondays
Super Monday is a full school day, running from 8:30 AM–3:30 PM. Students attend alongside our fully enrolled Jefferson Academy students and become part of the school community for the day.
5. Learn, Explore & Connect
Super Monday isn't designed to squeeze five days of traditional school into one. Instead, it provides enrichment and supplemental learning experiences that complement the academic instruction students receive at home. Some classes are academic in nature, while others are intentionally designed around exploration, creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.

This community is special. I homeschool my kids, and run my own school, but have opted to send my kids to the homeschool Super Monday program so that they can maintain relationships and gain valuable skillsets alongside their friends and neighbors. The teachers are kind and caring, and my kids look forward to Mondays, which is a blessing at the start of the week!
