If you are interested in adding JA Coal Creek Canyon's Super Monday program as an additional homeschool enrichment program (i.e. you're already enrolled in a primary enrichment program elsewhere), we offer tuition-based options.

The tuition will be $3,000 for the entire school year. Payment arrangements can be made with our Business Manager, Luke Holocher.

To enroll your student in the JACCC Super Monday tuition-based homeschool enrichment program, please follow these steps:

1. Access EnrollJeffco: Visit the EnrollJeffco website to begin the enrollment process.

2. Create or Update Your Account:

   • New Families: Create a new EnrollJeffco account and add your student’s information.

   • Existing Families: Log in to your existing account and update or add your student’s details, if necessary.

3. Select Enrollment Option: On the "Where would you like to enroll?" page:

   • Choose the 3rd option: "I want to enroll in a Part-Time/Secondary Program such as Home Based Enrichment Programs, Jeffco Virtual Academy (1 or 2 classes), Warren Tech, or Post-secondary opportunities (ASCENT & TREP)."

   • Answer the questions and select grade-level.

   • Search for and select Jefferson Academy Coal Creek Canyon - Home Based Enrichment (Tuition).

4. Submit Application: Complete and submit your application for Jefferson Academy Coal Creek Canyon through EnrollJeffco.

5. Await Notification:

   • You will be notified within a few days if your student has received an offer or has been placed on the waitlist for each school applied to.

   • Once an offer is received, you will have three days to respond. If multiple offers are received, you may only accept one.

   • Accepting an offer will not impact your waitlist status at other schools.

   • Upon accepting an offer, you will receive a confirmation email with any school-specific next steps.

Tuition Payment Arrangements: Once you have been accepted, please contact our Business Manager to arrange tuition payment.
